DOTD is a decent enough movie. It definitely shows that Snyder can tackle a more grounded story with ordinary people as well as a non-stylized look AND on location shooting.

Hmmmm... nah... not quite as obviously bad as the trailer description but still not good enough to make me think it's genuine.

But maybe i'm just an automatic skeptic.

But you did give me a great idea, a GIF with a close up of a redheaded Lois Lane fade out to bold white text saying, 'I get all the hot scoops!' fades back to close up and then zooms out to show her holding an ice cream cone ON FIRE!
