Tonight we looked like stop-motion vs cutting edge CGI; dated and exposed. I think we need to have a real hard look in the summer when it comes to who we buy, we are equipped to compete for the league, but if Fergie wants another CL before he goes we need to add a couple of extra quality players that can play in a fluid 4-3-3.

They really want that Barcelona/Real Madrid final.

I was pretty certain that Apoel would get either Real or Barca.

I can't be the only one who is El Classico-d out? It's quite dull now, Barca are the better side end of. I can even see them overturning the 10 point lead in La Liga, winning in Munich then cut to Clive Tyldesley spouting his love for Barca whilst Puyol holds the CL trophy. Bring on next seasons Champions League!

Definitely.

After EPL chairmen David Richards crazy rant against UEFA and FIFA I think we will be looking at a few years of bad things coming EPL teams and England football teams way.

Yeah I kind of hope someone knocks Barcelona out before the final. A Real Madrid/Barcelona final would be boring. In a one off game I give Real a better chance but it would be the most terribly dull 1-0 game probably with a goal only coming in extra time.

So was catching up on some football and was watching LA Galaxy vs Toronto FC in the CONCACAF Champions League. LA were knocked out but the most interesting thing about the match was Toronto was playing in a 3-6-1 formation. How many teams play that formation?

Do Toronto still have Aron Winter as coach? I'm shamefully well out of sync with the MLS, have any big names been actually signed yet? I've heard rumours of Ballack but has there been anything concrete?

Yes. And no. There will always be rumors but I think the preference is for these players to go to Asia for the big bucks.

Gah should be happy with a 1-1 against West Ham, but thats deffo season over now, ohwell positives for next year. As for West Ham, all that money spent. yet another signing made yesterday, the best midfield in the league and all they have is hoofball. Really hope Reading continue their form and get 1st or 2nd.

"Bolton Wanderers can confirm that Fabrice Muamba has been taken to hospital following his collapse at White Hart Lane this evening during the FA Cup quarter-final. There is no further information at this stage."
