Yeah theyre massive, well lately ive been doing alot of strength building and major muscle groups, so apart from shoulder workouts they've been kinda neglected, only just started focusing on them again, so it'll be a while before theyre that big haha

My traps are good. I'm working on adding more bulk to my arms. I understand more weight with less reps are the best way to add on muscle.

If u want bigger arms don't neglect your tricep as it makes 2/3 of your arms. Focus on compound movements such as bench press and deaf lift

Bench press is more focused on the pecs, and dead lifts more focused on hamstrings, lower back and shoulders, the best exercises ive found for triceps are over head extentions CLOSE GRIP bench press and dips

Yeah sorry I meant to put close grip. Even though dead lifts focus on your hamstring they do help develop your bicep. What I meant Is stick to compound movements

Pretty good. I'm a huge fan of the raimi films (mainly because I grew up with them and they introduced me to the character) Andrew was great. Especially one scene in particular I really felt what he was going through. I preferred SM1 Uncle Ben death scene to this one. Wasn't a fan of the lizard but I did like Connors. It definitely had a lot more heart than the first. The way I think I can beat describe it is Kick-Ass vibe with spidey's style.
