Here's my point...if you are in an elevator and it suddenly falls you will no doubt 'feel the fall' but your vision is limited by the walls of the elevator. In another scenario you are standing on the top of a 50 story building overlooking NYC and someone comes up behind you and pushes you off. Now, you not only 'feel the fall' but your visual sense of the fall is totally changed. You can see the ground beneath you, feel the air rushing up against your body, you can see other buildings rising up to meet you and watch as you lose your view of the horizon. This will create a much more powerful vertigo effect, imo.
In the case of EoT, I never truly felt like I was falling but just dodging walls and objects. |

I hope NYC in this game is as interactive and lively as the world of Red Dead Redemption. Everywhere you go there are people, and they're always saying something.

But I wonder, if by interactive you'd also be able to encounter people and have a RPG type conversation with NPCs in the environment. That would be a neat feature. |

Yeah but thats not vertigo. thats just a fear of heights/falling. Vertigo happens when someone is just overcomed by an overwhelming sense of dizziness and loss of balance. It usually happens when the crystals in a persons inner ear either break down or shift to a different spot. Thats why sometimes people feel dizzy when they stand up too fast. As you get older, vertigo becomes more likely because those crystals can degrade with age. |

I realize it's only Wikipedia but scroll down a bit and you will see Andrew Garfield listed as the voice actor for Spider-man in TASM.

^ Wikipedia is not the most reliable source so I wouldn't put much stock into it either but it was just a gee whiz find. In all likelyhood, Andrew will probably end up being the voice actor. Most movie-tie in games have the main actors from the movie handle the voice work.

Yeah, unfortunately TASM is not on the schedule for PAX and it is currently not on the schedule for C2E2 either. Last I saw, Beenox was working on another trailer for TASM and should be coming out in the next week or so. This info is based on an email received by a member of SHH directly from Beenox and was posted here in this thread.

They've been releasing trailers every month around the 15th-25th since February.

If there is a next villain, I hope he will be the last
SM2 has 5 villains, and it was fine, a touch glitchy SM3 has more villains, and the game was released far before completion, so they were unable to tweak it but still received even less developed and refined complaints than the product itself

I want more than just 3 villains. Even EoT had more and it was such a small game.
I'm really, really hoping for Shocker. It'd be a good departure from the other two.

It's not the quantity of the villains, its the quality. I'd rather have one main villain well done in a game than a dozen done poorly.

True! But those few we've gotten so far would be a little lame if you ask me! Who are confirmed so far?
Rhino Iguana Spider Slayers Norman Osborn/Oscorp I mean, at least a few more should be fine. As we've said before, Kraven fits into this kind of story like a glove. If he's not supposed to be used in the film trilogy, then I'll be very disappointed if he's not in this game. EDIT: Take away Norman Osborn from that list

CBMs I enjoy the most at this moment: 1) The Avengers, 2) The Dark Knight, 3) Iron Man 3, 4) Iron Man, 5) The Amazing Spider-Man. CBMs in the near future I'm most looking forward to at this moment: 2) Thor 2, 3) Man of Steel, 4) The Amazing Spider-Man 2, 5) Guardians of the Galaxy (would be higher in the list if it wasn't for how much I hate the film Super from the same director). I want Mysterio done right, not like SM2.
Also I would like Puma since it seems that the villians revealed so far are very animal-like. |

I'd save Mysterio for a movie. Oh I see, thanks for the correction!

That take on Mysterio was fine for the movie based game, and it's a finer take than the original
