The best thing about the coming of the PS4, for me, has been the rise in Vita interest. People are interested in branching out into the PlayStation ecosystem based on how great the new system is.

I really hope next year we get some big support for the system. I know it's wishful thinking but if recent traction got EA interested again, that would be great.

Yeah, it says a lot when all the Vita memory cards are sold out across three GameStop stores in my area.

I never had any interest in a Vita, but when I eventually get a PS4, I would like to get a Vita as well.

Finally a Digimon game for the Vita. The release is planned for 2015. Hopefully it'll make its way overseas.

Well in the time since posting this I have researched Digimon Adventure on PSP and have imported it with the intention of downloading the english translation custom patch.

If they don't translate it and send it over here (they won't) I'll be PEEVED.

You guys should definitely try soul Sacrifice and Virtue's last reward. The latter is especially incredible.

I can understand why. I think it's interesting, well told, and it has a lot of heart. Virtue's last reward is awesome. the story is incredible.

Does it require a custom firmware to use the Patch?

Yeah you have to hack your PSP to get it done. I have an old 1000 which literally doesn't get any use anymore so I'm going to hack it and look into English patches of Valkyria 3 and the Yakuza games.

I didn't have any interest in the Vita myself, but then I decided to take the blind leap and boy I glad that I did! I am absolutely addicted to it. The main reason is because of the games. The other reason is for the PS4 remote play. Like when my 8 year old daughter comes in and takes over the TV, I can remote into my PS4 and play anything that I want. So it has been the best $200 I have spent in a while.

I beat it yesterday. It's a surprisingly solid port of a completely bog-standard game.

Go for the console version, it's a great game. Can't imagine the Vita version being as good.

I think having to swing in a big open world on a small screen would be frustrating. Ive had issues with other console games which have been shrunk down for the handheld with things which were meant to be viewed larger, appearing too small.

Batman Blackgate is easily one of my favorite Vita games. I'd buy that again no question if I had to choose between it and Spider-Man.

I just got the Platinum Trophy in Tearaway! Such a charming little game.

That's also the first Platinum on my new account. I had 3 or 4 on my old one before I started new for a name change.
