I'd like a Ninja Turtles movie to use Ninja Scroll, Iron Monkey, The Warriors, and Ghostbusters as a template.

I had one cool idea for a plot where the Turtles take down the drug lord who supplies Michael Bay's cocaine.

Whatever the plot is, I hope they explore Splinter's character a bit more. Acknowledge that raising young mutants from their childhood and training them in warfare to enact your revenge is kind of ****ed up, and don't just treat him as a generic wise old man/rat.

Make the voices a little less....cartoony and cariacture. They should talk with normal inflections like normal teenagers would in a sense. They got it somewhat better in TMNT, but their voices still sounded a little too exaggerated.

I thought their voices were perfectly matched in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ( 1990), you can't go wrong with Brian Tochi, Corey Feldman, Robbie Rist, Josh Pais, and Kevin Clash.

Eh, I liked TMNT Donny's voice the best, and 2k3 Leonardo the best, but I agree with you on Raph and Mikey.

I'd like the whole story to start from the beginning... Show Saki (Shredder) and Yoshi, and establish that dynamic from the start. I think maybe they could even tweak the origin of Splinter slightly to have him be Hamato Yoshi (later mutated into the rat form).

Meanwhile take us across the globe and maybe have Baxter Stockman as the TCRI guy messing about with mutagens. Perhaps in a freak accident he creates the Turtles and unknowingly exposes himself to the mutagen, which later turns him into a fly...

Hamato Yoshi would flee Japan (according to his origin he kills the brother of Saki) and find himself in the sewers, having no other home. Stockman is forced to "dispose" of his experimental work and would rather see the turtles live, and dumps them in the sewer (?)... Then Yoshi comes into contact with the Turtles, infecting himself and thus he is turned into the rat form of Splinter.

Saki (Shredder) finishes his training, and follows Yoshi to New York to take his revenge for the death of Nagi.

-"I Love being a turtle"
-Casey actually looking like he can take on some ninjas with orwithout weapons
-I liked the idea of the Turtles starting with the red bandanas and then April having them switch to the different colors
-Donny and Mikey being more than comic relief
-Mikey and Ralph having a strong relationship
-I kinda hope they start off with just the ninja aspects in the first movie before heading to the aliens, Krang, etc. in sequels

I want to see the Shredder as a complete bad-ass. I mean c'mon, he's a ninja master and leader of a clan of evil ninja warriors, with ties to high tech weaponry and mystical forces. Not to mention he wears and outfit that makes him a human cheese grater.

I want the persona of the Shredder to take on an almost " mythical element ". In the comics, Ralph said that the stories Splinter told them as kids made Shredder their " boogey-man ". I want him to almost be like an " urban myth ", among the New York criminal underworld, like the very mention of his name would send chills down the toughest crime boss' spine.

Even though I know it would never be in the movie, I would love to see a scene where a rival crime lord sends a hitman after Oroku Saki, only to get the hitman delivered back to him in a bag, slice to pieces. Man, that would be so bad ass.

Story:

The story takes place 15 years from now.

Humado "Splinter" Yoshi is wanted by Shredder and his Foot Clan for the death of his brother, Nati. Splinter looks for his old apprentices in a genetics facility where they are in hiding from the Foot Clan. Shredder finds him and kills the apprentices. Some members of the Foot Clan grab Splinter and throws him in a vat of mutagen which mutates him into a rat.

As he escapes, he breaks into the lab of Baxter Stockman where he was mixing a mysterious ooze found on a satellite in space with four baby turtles. Splinter takes them and flees into the sewers.

As weeks go on, the turtles begin to grow, in height and intelligence. Splinter decides to teach them martial arts so they can defeat the Foot Clan and crime in NY.

I don't mind the turtles joking around with each other in non serious moments, but when they fight, I want to see them get pretty vicious. You never felt like they were ever going to lose going up against The Foot the way they were constantly joking around in the movies. I want to see their fighting style be pretty violent and territorial.
