It depends on the tone they go for. If they go the more goofy route which they probably will I would love to see the guy who plays Gus on Psych play him.

After watching Breaking Bad there is absolutely no question whatsover that Giancarlo Esposito IS Baxter Stockman. The character Gus from the show (which I'm not current on so no spoilers please) IS Baxter. Everything about him from his appearance, to his demeanor, to his intelligence, to his subtle evilness is 100% Baxter. I'd hire him and tell him just keep being Gus.
