Alright, here are teams that I absolutely HATE!!!

NFL:

Dallas Cowboys (as a previous poster said earlier, America's Team, my ass!!)
N.Y. Giants
Washington Redskins
Green Bay Packers
New England Patriots (Bellicheck is utter scum)
Oakland Raiders (can't stand another team in The Bay)

MLB:

Los Angles Dodgers (me being a SF Giants pretty much explains it)

St. Louis Cardinals
Philadelphia Phillies
Los Angles Angels

New York Yankees (usually buying themselves into the WS)
Oakland A's (can't stand another team in The Bay)

NBA:

Los Angles Lakers

Miami Heat (New York Yankees of the NBA as of late)
San Antonio Spurs

My list begins and ends with the Green Bay Packers. My hate for other teams comes and goes depending on players, current rivalries, etc, but my hate for GB never goes away.

I disagree on your NFL picks. At this moment, the Giants are not hated. Jets possibly, but most hated? I think the Cowboys and Patriots are far more hated.
