I don't think this vehicle rides very often. Maybe this chase and at the end.
They're fighting on the roof together, and we see them in The Bat together.
Catwoman doesn't know what the vehicle is. It's night time. It could be this vehicles first ride.
Batman could be running from the police and runs into her up there?
Apparently Batman escapes alone here, but maybe he doesn't?
Selina looks concerned about Batman when she says she's "not sure"..so she could have a love/hate thing for Batman.
People have said I'm wrong but I think could make sense.

Maybe Bruce has a secret way to hide The Bat?

So many questions. Good thing there's still so much we don't know.

A lot of gasps to be had when watching the movie I'm sure.

One more thing I forgot to point out - it's funny how Bruce only had one look throughout TDK but he have several looks in both BB and TDKR.

I can give you a perfect answer to that, brotha. The Dark Knight is a straightforward, "Heat" inspired crime thriller. It wasn't necessarily about Bruce's outward journey, but really his inward journey in response to the Joker. Changes were subtle, like the scene when he is sitting in the chair (his hair is a bit untidier). Nolan is a genius by making that bridging movie between BB and TDKR as a sort of "meditation" on Bruce's journey and ultimate fate. Where Batman Begins and TDKR are all about the importance of time and understanding, The Dark Knight is more about the immediacy of terror and the spontaneity of chaos.

In short: Bruce shaved a lot in The Dark Knight!

Thinking about what I typed above though...I do have to wonder about his flight pattern if it were the case. Reach a distance away from the police, park The Bat and tell Catwoman to get out, and then proceed back to the Batcave...?

Telling Catwoman to get out shall be fun.

Yeah, Bruce/Batman's arc was pretty simple. Joker was a constant, overbearing entity bent on tempting him to break his moral code. Dent failed. Batman succeeded.

Which was totally fine with a Villain that usually outstars the Hero.

Exactly.

Looking at the films and what they represent, I realize that Bruce is such a strong character. Sure, he's basically a loner for eight years, but he is certainly the best of us in that regard. He has lost his parents, the love of his life, and, because of the batman, his own identity. He has to live a lie basically as Bruce Wayne, while being his true self as Batman almost costs him his life. The fact that he eventually rises up and takes back Gotham demonstrates a certain amount of selflessness that is very rare.

I know it's basically the most obvious thing you can get from the movies, but it's so true. The idea of sacrificing your own self for the sake of a symbol of justice to the innocent is something that doesn't just exist in the Superhero genre.

I've saved these cleaned up shots

I have a TDKR folder on my desktop, inside it has individual subsections. Media - for the scanned pages, and one called stills, where I've placed these.

Bale's my boy.

We should all feel privileged that Bale was able to stay on for three films. We got the beginning, the middle and this summer - the end.

His journey has been one hell of a ride, and that's an understatement.

I'm thinking that first one is a candid, like the teary-eyed one of Bane.

We touched on this already but it's pretty amazing how he aged before our eyes.

Really not digging his goatee look. I hope he doesn't have that for very long in this movie.

I think it's only for the beginning of the movie.

^Nice.

It reminds me of Mark Hamill aging in the OT.

Young, "Gee wiz" farm boy, to broken prince and finally, mature/powerful Jedi Knight.

I think it might be the middle... after Bane pulverizes him and he's apparently put into a prison. Of course, that might actually be the beginning of the movie (like in BB) with prior events taking place afterward, via flashback.

Mark Hamill's physical aging had more to do with the fact that he got into a car accident after A New Hope. He was thrown out the windshield and had to go through facial surgery. That's why his face looks so different in the other films. Good thing Nolan just gave Bale some gray hairs!

I think it's like this:

Goatee one is at the beginning - crazy, depressed Bruce

Bearded one is at the middle - post Bane defeat, prisoner Bruce

Hmmm... yeah, guess you're right. I didn't notice he had a full beard in the prison sequence.
