Well the complete movie would've been the novelization. I would say 95% of what's in the novelization was filmed....but then, well, you know what we got.

Exactly. I mean I like it, but it's a shame sony never releases (cept 2.1) extended cuts for the spider-man movies. Yet, tripe like Ghost Rider & F4 got them.

I'm hoping there's a Spider-Man 3.1 with all deleted scenes reinstated, but I won't hold my breath.

By the way, I love Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker/Spider-Man. To me, he is Spider-Man.

I would love to see a Spiderman 3.1. It won't solve some of the major problems (Sandman Retcon, Deus Ex Machina Amnesia/Butler etc) but hopefully it would flesh out some characters and subplots (mainly Eddie Brock's and Sandman's) which would perhaps change my opinion of the movie from "Mediocre" to "Good."

Well Sam Raimi did film a lot of alternate scenes, such as the scene of Sandman/Venom in that alley that was on the film as well as the park scene where they first met that's stated in the novelization as well as Mary Jane being the one that spoke to Harry Osborn in the mansion and she was the one who tells him about Norman being Green Goblin. So that would erase the butler scene if Raimi used all the other scenes(and quite frankly, better scenes).
