Given that Marion and Bale are both rain-soaked in the scene they are in the trailer together, I think it's time to re-open the debate about whether it was Anne or Marion at the WM shoot that day...

I think for Bruce.

I had an on the spot theory whilst my mind was racing like Catwoman on the batpod, that the shot of Batman near the bars is him returning to the prison after escaping to liberate the people inside.

I like that. That's a good theory.

In the other still of her, she looks mad I think. Is that the "you've given them everything" line? Maybe she's frustrated at Batman?

That reminds me of that episode of Batman beyond, where Stridor comes back with a revenge. He's threatening to destroy Gotham, and the gothamites wants Batman to sacrifice himself. In the end, he saves the situation, but Bruce tells him "you shouldn't do that, those people don't deserve you".

Those bars don't match the ones we've seen in the prison, I'm thinking this will be in the sewer.

It's a Tim Burton movie. You want me to admit that its not a realistic portrayal? It's not. As a film, it took some license with her surviving what she did to Shreck, it takes some license with medical fact. But she did not die, othe than metaphorically.

She's laughing because she is a little bit crazy and happy about the fact that she can still have her revenge. She's taunting him. But she is clearly still injured in that sequence. The gunshots slowed her down, but they did not kill her.
