I'm pretty sure it refers to pretty much everything he's accomplished and gone out of his way to do as Batman, not just one specific thing. He's worked so hard for the city he loves that he doesn't need to do whatever it is she's convincing him not to do.

That is true, but I also think her finding out about him taking on Dent's crimes, being wanted and hated - giving the City peace for a portion of time without any recognition or any want of reward is what will really help tip it over for her.

I haven't been visiting this thread lately because I've been trying to stay out of here until after TDKR comes out. However, I'm really liking Anne's look as Catwoman from the trailer. She is very sexy and elegant. I wonder if casual members of the audience wonder why she is working with Batman. From the trailer, she just looks purely like his ally and not a villainness at all, which is what more non comic fans are familiar with her being.

And yeah, I thought they would've played up the 'villain' angle in the marketing as well. But I guess not.

Yeah I saw that. That's when I decided I had seen enough and didn't want anymore spoilers. Too much of a good thing. I want as many images of Anne to be fresh when i see the movie instead of feeling that I've seen it somewhere before online. I think I saw a few too many with the Avengers, although that didn't ultimately spoil my enjoyment of the movie. However, I think I'll just steer clear of any major revelations or news/ pictures.

Well that's the plan. Who knows whether I'll be able to resist. If there were a picture of Anne dressed only in her Catwoman mask and ears, I would be very tempted to look.

I keep thinking of the "Did they kill him? I'm not sure" clip from the trailer.

Anne's delivery is so incredibly ominous. She witnessed Batman getting beat so badly, she couldn't discern whether he was dead or not. That is insane.

I found that to be a curious element of the final trailer, especially since trailer 2 certainly made her seem villainous. Furthermore, we've heard that Catwoman will be a shifty character, but everyone here is assuming that she'll eventually ally with Batman. If that's the case, it's strange that they decided to spoil that.

I was definitely not counting on them marketing her as an ally. I was so convinced that they'll market her as a straight up villain.
