That's what I'm saying, what's the point in having Hulk Buster armor when you have someone like Thor around.

Obviously, we all love the money shots, but I did love the montage sequence right before Germany with the opera music playing throughout with guards getting shot with arrows, Cap seeing his new suit for the first time, Loki slowly walking behind the guy before he effortlessly flips him over and takes out his eye.

Cool bit. Music made it eerie

Probably a popular answer but Hulk taking out the Leviathan in one punch. One punch! And he held it there like he had a point to make that this is nothing for him. People complained about his strength level in The Incredible Hulk. Well there you go. This is a Hulk that can take out things of that size single handedly (Yes, I know Iron Man blew it up immediately afterwards).

Hulk vs. Thor is very close. There's a fight I never thought I'd see on the big screen. Plus it was actually fair. It wasn't just Hulk dominating Thor. They showed that once Thor gets his hammer it's very much even. Plus Hulk not being able to lift Mjolnir was great.

Go say that in the Hulk thread, you're probably gonna get the argument of your life.

"Teh bloody nose", "but Hulk was winning when the helicopter came" etc.

I think they're all gonna be around at the start of A2, I don't think they're gonna do "40 minute into the film" intros.

The music was beautiful in that scene. And this is coming from a guy who hates classical type stuff...

I would also like to add that the tracking shot going from Avenger to Avenger was this movie's equivalent of a splash page. I can just imagine something like that smack in the middle of the book drawn by someone like Bryan Hitch.

Someone in a previous thread called The Avengers the supersized Annual that comes after a while in comics. Yyyyeah, that's pretty accurate! If not that then definitely the super, overblown 6th and final issue in a story arc. We've had Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America. This is definitely that 6th issue that brings the house down.

It's the first ever Crossover Superehro film ever made AND IT WORKS.

If the kid in me knew this would happen in 2012 he'd be hell-bent on making a time machine. My favourite scene? When they get together to kick chauturi ass. I dunno, i thought it'd be the herovhero fights or the bickering on board the helicarrier, but that's too cynical a thing to say for this film -- the avengers worked best and were the most memorable when they got together. For me it's when Cap is barking orders and turns to the hulk and tells him to smash!

Favorite line:

"His names Loki...he's not from around here.

Jackson's delivery of that line is sssooooo smooth!

- Hulk vs. Loki
- Hulk vs. Thor
- Thor's arrival on earth or on the quinjet

And many more. I'll stop this right now.
This coupled with the score brought a tear to my eye.

Also like the end credits, showing each of their customers, or pieces of it. I was wondering what they were going to do for Hulk. Cool they used Banner's ripped shirt and broken glasses!
