The popularlity of the works of Shakespear. I'm just baffled by this.
Women in general. People who like Nolan's Batman films. Why we start getting ready for Christmas in September.

This right here! I don't understand why he seems to be the only director WB wants for every DC movie.

I like Nolans Batman films, but I don't understand the rabid fervor that some of the fans have towards him

How people can seriously believe someone is a less moral person solely because of their sexual orientation. That kind of requires a lobotomy.

Aye, a 'sexual orientation that requires a lobotomy', that sounds like the kind of person I need to meet to get a date, nothing wrong with that kind of person, don't judge them harshly just because they like me.

Ok, this is the best I can do for you to explain myself in a nuttershell...physically, I am a 50/50 mix of Justin Bieber and the Elephant Man...mentally, I am a 50/50 mix of Syd Barrett and Superman. I like to think so anyway.

Why do you think Jesus is so famous? Because he changed water into wine, cured lepers, any of that stuff? No, it's because he was an extremely smart leader who was completely honest, whose power did not corrupt him. That is probably the most rare combination of qualities you will ever find in a person. |

I see this lady on the bustop with her son everyday who only lives two short bus stops away from the bus terminal which is the last stop for the bus. You can litteraly see the end of the line from her house. But instead of walking she waits for the bus everyday and curses out the driver because the bus is to full to let her on so she waits for the next bus. I'm like lady your to stops away just walk why waste time waiting for another bus when you can walk in half the time.

The need to try and be an internet badass. I don't understand the need to vent or be crude to someone when they are many miles away and don't know you.
Cruelty and vile behavior in person is always better.

I don't understand why the people who run banks couldn't have just bailed themselves out...

It's all fictional money anyhow. The only ways out are to lower taxes to an insane degree to get people spending money on things thus kick starting the economy. Or you could utterly devalue the currency and have everything wiped out and start again.

I just don't get it though (and sorry if this is just what happened in the UK, cause i'm not too clear on if it was the same in America), but I just full on don't understand why the government had to give money to BANKS...
I mean, how do banks work? Banks are businesses that make money right? People at the very top make a lot of money in profit from loans and stuff right? So why would it be up to the government to give them money if the banks stopped making money? Why wouldn't they just have to use their own damn money, their own damn profits? I just seriously, full on, do not get it. And i've yet to figure out if that's because i'm not educated in how it works (kind of like when I was younger and I just didn't understand why they couldn't just make more money and share it out), or if it's because is completely insane. I also don't understand why so much goes unpunished, even when it's exposed by newspapers... And I don't understand why it's okay that it's only rich people that can ever run the country, because it costs so much money to run for election. And I don't understand why it's okay that politicians even GET a spending allowance, let alone how much they abuse it. I'm sorry, but if you get a nice big wage, that COVERS you're damn expenses! Sorry for the rant

I may sound like an a-hole saying this, but I don't understand adult illiteracy.
Kids are mostly taught how to read when they are really young, so what was going on with some people that they weren't taught how to read when they were young?

Smoking. At this point we all know it's a deadly habit. Causes cancer, heart disease, and a host of other problems. Yet, I see kids, (anyone under 25), lighting up every day. I just can't understand their motivation.
