DiCaprio honestly should just go ahead and get it for this one, man. They're saying the character is one of his best ever. And frankly I'm just sick of the dude never getting one after all the Oscar bait.

Calvin Candie has all the ingredients to be as memorable as Hans Landa. I can't wait.

I'm one that can't stand Tarantino movies. He needs an editor to just tell him hey half of these scenes are pointless because they usually are in his movies but i am really excited for this, it looks awesome

Tarantino's aimless banter tends to reveal a lot about the characters involved, or it can set a mood, or it hides some of the tension that is growing and it sneaks up on you. I've never really felt that any of his films have dragged, so I'm not sure what else should have been cut, outside of Death Proof that is, but that movie is basically a farce.

apparently there is controversy because the N-word is used 109 times in the movie. personally, i would take more concern with the fact that the people filing that complaint didnt realize they were watching a movie about slavery and racism.

This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. Tarantino isn't afraid to use the word and the subject material calls for it. |

Geez, I don't really have a problem with it in this context, but 109 times in one movie? Lol, that seems like a LOT!

You've never seen an R-rated urban comedy/drama before, have you?

If it seems like a lot think of this way, Reservoir Dogs an Pulp Fiction each drop more than 250 Fbombs.

It probably won't bother me as much as the 338.209 versions of the word 'f**k' in End of Watch.

Hong Kong is a very anglicized city, so American movies there are commonly shown in English. But there may be Chinese subtitles, but it's usually made clear by the movie theatre what language(s) the film is in, dubbed or subtitled.

While I am excited about the film, I am dreading the reactions, as I've been asked twice today, "did you read the article on the Drudge report -- the one about how that Tarantino film is all about killing white people?" Gosh, the rest of the month is going to be unbearable.

I love Pulp Fiction, one of my favorite movies, but just thought Inglourius Bastards was okay, but this looks really good. I'll be seeing this one when it's out
