Apparently Walton Goggins role is going to be combined with Ace Woody. If anything can calm my blood after Russell leaving, that get's pretty close.

That's cool. Anytime Boyd Crowder gets more screentime, it's a good thing.

Did these people leaving not already sign contracts? How the hell can they leave in the middle of production?

It was cutting into Kurt's busy schedule of playing time-traveling football coaches or something.

Anyway, I'm hearing that the character Billy Crash will be merged with Ace Woody, so Walter Goggins is getting a "promotion" of sorts.

When someone like Russell, a guy trained in the old-school generation to show up on time, know your lines and not cause trouble for the director/producers/crew, walks off your set... something's off. No amount of spin can make that positive.

This ain't been a smooth production, I can tell ya that.

I'd love to know the story behind this production one day.

Hopefully Tarantino writes his memoirs at some point.

There was something a while back about him and De Niro having some type of problems when they were doing Jackie Brown.
