I don't want She-Hulk in the films at all. Ever. But, if they feel obligated... Harmon is the only one I want playing her now lol

Liam Hemsworth - I know there will be some objections to this, but what can I say - he and Armie Hammer are the only two blonde, privileged-looking young actors (since Danny's supposed to be 19 when he returns to our world from K'un-L'un) I can think of working in movies right now whom I could also buy kicking some a**. And the fact is, I CAN'T STAND Armie Hammer, so I was left with Liam. As for his brother being Thor, I think the characters are styled so differently (one clean-cut, the other with long hair and a beard) and speak so differently that it wouldn't be an issue.

And Dr. Strange, who I don't have one casting preference for at all, but I'd be perfectly happy if he were played by any of these actors...

Was reading through trivia on "The Grey" and came across this guy who auditioned for a role in that movie. From his history it looks like he has done mostly stuff on TV, but he just sort of says "Pym" to me.

I have a question. I know these casting threads are a lot of fun and all but i was wondering has the fans choice for ANY hero ever been cast yet? Who would have thought Cap would be played by the Human Torch or Thor by an Aussie soap actor for example?

I believe this can work. For the cynical, Gemma has done a dark drama called The Disappearance of Alice Creed, and she didn't look too "bright" in the film. Her European heritage even works wonders as well.

Yeah, I haven't seen much of that show but I thought he was great in what little I have seen. I also thought he was quite effective in his 2-minute role in Kick-Ass as well.

Henry Cavill was such a fan-fave for Superman that he was the only guy on the Supes boards who had his own thread while never having played the character.

Christian Bale was another fan-fave that got cast.

And actually, since you brought it up, a couple weeks before Evans was offered the role as Cap, I was having a conversation with a couple other posters in the Cap Casting Thread about how we wished Evans was an option for the role (thinking the Human Torch ruled him out).

It does happen.

Actually both of those actors were brought up in their respective casting threads. I can recall multiple discussions about Evans playing Cap and people arguing that he would "always be Torch", and Hemsworth was actually mentioned early on in the Thor casting thread, back when he was actually a nobody soap star
