I say drop Hawkeye. Weakest of the bunch to me. Possibly even Black Widow (although I loved her here). Id add in Black Panther and Ms. Marvel for a team of 6-7. Id also add in more Avengers in supporting roles. Hank Pym should be a scientist working for SHIELD. Jessica Drew could be an agent (its what I wanted for Carol Danvers in this one)

I think Clint was underrated in the film,Yeah he was the most unestablished one But he had his moments and his character can grow!!

Anyone else notice all the Buffy/Whedonism in the film?

Anyone notice the Hydra symbol when Nick handed the folder over to Cap? Did anyone catch any easter eggs in this movie?
Is Phil an LMD?

No.1 priority is to keep him on Avengers - absolute must! No.2 Ruffalo Hulk if he can fit it in. I'd certainly love to see him do it. At least one film. Really though the main thing is Marvel have found out what version of Hulk audiences best respond to so now whoever takes on the reins (if it gets made) will use Avengers Hulk as a template.

I though they always covered Loki's mouth because his mouth is his most dangerous weapon.( I still haven't seen the movie by the way.)

Well, absolutely! Whedon on A2 is a MUST! I was just thinking sometime in between or after the next Avengers movie...

I'd say Black Widow but that's only because it's in her character to "move around" and not because I thought she was a weak link.

Cap, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, and Hawkeye definately shouldn't go anywhere especially when Hawkeye spent half of this film as an enemy.

Didn't BW say that she was only involved in the city battle because
Spoiler!!! Click to Read!:
she felt as though she needed to contribute due to having so much blood on her ledger?

They could just say that BW found some closure to her sinful past and moved on with just SHIELD based operations, providing the means for other female heroines to emerge to take the role.

My opinion, if they expanded the 2nd film's duration, they could bring in Pym and Wasp to fill in that role, or they just bring in another major female heroine like Ms. Marvel

Alan Taylor (a director and co-producer from Game of Thrones) will direct Thor II.
