The inner sleeves for each movie feature beautiful artwork. I would love to have them as posters. All of them would make great wallpaper, too.

Seriously though, these boxsets usually look better in the advertisements, and a lot of times they look and feel cheap in person. I don't know though, there's just something about this set that looks much better than your average collector's set.
And even still, it averages $25/movie and that's not counting all the other stuff.

Well for me personally, I already have all of the movies, except for The Avengers of course. So my plan is to take all 5 movies that I already have and sell those and then apply that money towards the purchase of this set. I should have no problem getting about $50 -$75 for all of them.

Those look awesome. I like the minimalist silhouette look. But why isn't Thor holding his hammer to summon the weather on the Avengers picture instead of standing about like a lemon? At least he should have a more dynamic pose.

I don't profess to know anything about design (so take my post worth a grain of salt), but in my opinion I think if Thor were also raising his hammer+lightning, there might be too much vertical stuff going on... if that makes sense. You have Cap with his shield raised, plus Hulk who's the tallest, and then you have Iron Man (and his jet trail) going up on a diagonal. As it is, Thor with his hammer kind of leads your eye to Hawkeye who's bow leads you over to Loki, which I think works.

Just my opinion though.

Yeah I'm waiting to look at that. I'm not getting all the movies AGAIN unless they include the Deleted scenes back into each film from, or at least a choice of an unedited version.

Why don't you do like I'm going to do. Sell the movies that you currently have and apply that money towards the purchase of this set? I'm telling you, they are a fast and easy sell.

For those interested, the artist who did the artwork for the individual film covers is Matthew Ferguson:

Yes it is a shame that they don't include any of that stuff in the set. Some of the individual movies in the set originally came with DVDs/digital copies when they were released separately while a couple didn't. A person would still have to buy the individual release of the Avengers if they actually wanted a dvd copy of the movie & digital copy of the movie.
