it looks like he has to keep taking the cerium to keep his arm as the shot of him stressed and armless in a dark lab taking the cerium was completely different to in the trailer when he injects himself in the brightly lit lab

Has anybody played this yet? Awesome online game for the movie on the official website, it's a really cool 3D sidescroller. The first level has Spidey with the vigilante suit on. The 4th level is a boss battle with the Lizard it looks like, haven't gotten there yet.

Just a guess...but what if the more Connors takes the serum, the longer he stays as the Lizard and eventually cannot change back?

No it wont happen. Remember the scene when Dr Connors in a jail and was talking with a guy( My best guess:Norman)?Of course it will not 100% confirm but there was a hint that Dr Connors might alive after became the Lizard.

It would make the most sense on why Peter would have to make a serum/gene cleanser to revert the effects and turn Connors back to normal.
