I have been a Man United fan for twenty years. In that time I have seen dozens of matches that were meant to be the final nail in the United coffin, I have seen irreplaceable players be replaced, I have seen at least four 'power shifts' to other teams, we're still in Arsenal's and Chelsea so called decade of dominance. Each time Alex Ferguson has said, "**** that ****," and United have come back stronger leaving the new best side in the league so far behind it's embarrassing.

Hazard. City can really have any player they want at this point now that they've won the PL. There's no argument for Madrid, Barca, or United anymore because City's also winning now and they can easily afford to pay more then any other team.
