My thoughts also.

Would have liked Bruce and Batman to be a separate option, only because I think there is a big possibility of Batman "dying" while Bruce lives on. But that's just me being nit picky with voting options.

Bane: Suicide or killed by someone other than Batman
Alfred: dies
Gordon: close to death, but ultimately lives
Lucius: lives

Mayer: definitely dies

If Bruce is outed as Batman in this film, can we really expect him to just happily retire in the end with everyone knowing who he is? He is, after all, a vigilante. And as Dent said in TDK, "The Batman is an outlaw... One day The Batman will have to answer for his laws he's broken - but to us.

No, which is why Batman may have to die or fake his death and Bruce secretly lives on.

Or, kinda' like Tony Stark, he can embrace what he was, leave it to the city to forgive him and see him in a more truthful light. If the law seeks punishment, then so be it.

But it would be quite a bold storytelling move if done sensibly. There'd be something about Batman being unmasked that would make everyone else look in the mirror...make them ask whet they would do, what's right, and who they are to judge him.

If you were a Gotham citizen and you found out...how would you feel about him after all he's done for the city...that he should go to jail?
