And that's what I kind of hate about the in between period of new consoles. We get teased with some great looking games, such as this one and Watch Dogs, but there is the hint of uncertainty as to when and where they will be released.

The last Star Wars game Obsidian did was KoTOR 2 which had it not been for the rushed release date would have been gone down as one of the best SW stories out there. It still is in fact, even with the ending in a pretty hobbled state.

So I am all for this.

I'm down with this. KOTOR 2 did get a lot of bad rap, but it really was a good game, just sadly plagued with bugs.

I'll agree that Obsidian has a good writing team, but their games tend to be buggy as heck.

I doubt that anything will come of that anytime soon. I was listening to an interview with Sam Witwer just a couple of days ago and when asked about The Force Unleashed III, he said he was positive it will happen at some point, but right now Disney and Lucasarts are very much working towards Episode VII and Episode VII-related projects.

Yeah but the consoles have reached the top of what they can do and it's time to upgrade. I don't mind waiting a little longer to play the new games since they will likely look so much better then what we are used to.

I would love to see another game like Kotor, and since it will be sets between the trilogies you can bet that they will somehow include Starkiller, which would be very nice indeed.

I think how bad TFUII did means the end of Starkiller and thank the maker for that.

TFUII wasn't even that bad and it was actually very fun and smoother than the first. I think the reason it gets so much hate was that you could literally finish the entire game in under an hour. The $1 Endor DLC was admirable, but too little too late. I'm still 100% on board for a third one if that ever happens.

I am too, only because i hated how they ended the last game. Loved the first game, pretty much hated the second, would play a third tho.

I absolutely loved KOTOR 2. I know the story wasn't complete but I had a heck of a lot of fun playing it.

With Boba Fett getting his own spin-off movie I wish they would finally make a sequel to Star Wars Bounty Hunter. Bounty Hunter was a game that let you play as Jango Fett and the story showed how he came into the cloning program. It was a good game and a sequel with Boba could be even better. But if 1313 stars Boba I don't see Bounty Hunter 2 happening.

I liked the gameplay much better then the first. But the character of Starkiller is the worst kind of EU.

It was great to see a modern SW game that didn't involve Lego, The Clone Wars, the Force, or lightsabers.

In all likelihood, this game won't see the light of day. Disney announced that they'd be focusing on mobile/social games with the acquisition of Star Wars. Unfortunately, this game doesn't fit with that plan. It'll most likely end up like the Indiana Jones game announced way back in 2005 for the PS3/360. Some impressive footage was shown at E3, but then the game went dark. A few years later, we found out it was put on hold in favor of The Force Unleashed. Eventually, the game was quietly cancelled.

I won't be at all surprised if it gets cancelled. The developers were making a big deal about how this was going to be the first "mature" Star Wars game, and I didn't think the project would last very long (at least not in it's current form) after the Disney buyout.
