1. He'll probably build some type of rotating vault of them since he's not above rearranging his house/garage.

2. I think he's probably shown some growth in the sentimental department during his relationship with Pepper. As for the Mark II in IM1, he wouldn't have a display case for it yet since he was still tinkering with the suits and it had only been several days/weeks from building the Mark III so cut him a little slack in actually building a display case. As far as Cap's shield, he didn't exactly know what it was so of course he wouldn't have any attachment to it.

3. I think would repair them since he basically would treat them like his cars: as valuable pieces of machinery that need fixing and tinkering with.
