Joker's Injuries - A Compilation

Hello all. I have been thinking about this for a while, and I want to put together a list of all of the Joker's injuries over the years. If you can help, please do.

Shattered Teeth - The Long Halloween
Broken Arm - Gotham Central (Dead Robin)
Bullet to Knee - No Man's Land
Bullet to Head - Batman #655 (Batman & Son)
Bullet to Chest - Death in the Family
Bullet to Shoulder - Dark Victory

Yeah. Pre-New52 if possible, although I guess Batman's continuity wasn't too rebooted, so I suppose face torn off would apply. I know he got demolished in both Under the Hood and Hush Returns, but I don't have the energy to see to what extent. Also, he was pistol-whipped in Jokers & Mad Men, but again, I don't have the energy to see if they mention any permanent injury there.

Wasn't he flat out murdered by Batman near the start of the comics around 1940 or so?

Did he have any serious injuries related to Jason beating the living s*** out of him with a crowbar?

he accidentally knifed himself while attacking batman

but later is shown to be recovering in a hospital

I looked at Death in the Family, but didn't check out Under the Hood yet. Need to dive into those longboxes in my basement.
When was he knifed? Do you remember?
I read about Nightwing and he in the DC Encyclopedia but it didn't list an issue number.

It remains to be seen how that has played out. Might not even be his face. Or how that continuity works with the old continuity. But probably.

Wait, he ended up on the hospital at the end of Cacophony. I should look into that.
