Being that this is my !000th post I thought I'd finally share some of my own fan works. I usually post other artist's stuff because I'm not really a fan of showing my own. lol This is a work in progress (wip) and it's not supposed to be Cavill but will be the MOS suit when finished. I did back in 2006 when that other movie came out. Part of way I don't want to draw Cavill yet. Don't want to put bad juju on my like of the movie or the man. lol

Exactly ! I noticed though, that alot of the hard core fans got their panties in a bunch when the red underwear was removed. But i'm glad they finally did, and i'm glad the suit looks more alien, yet still like the iconic suit we know and love.

Yeah a lot of people have and I must admit when I first saw both the MOS and new 52 suits I wasn't sold on them but they have definitely grown on me, especially the MOS one

I must admit I still will always prefer the classic suit I think!

I am a Real Hard Core Fan and I love the change. Although, I've been on an island by myself because I was one that has been wanting a change for a long time. Not just any change though. This to me is as close to perfect as I imagined.

I don't like the "S" on this. Also the face, doesn't look like how I imagine it. And finally the pose is slightly feminine with the hands I can tell this is a female artist he doesn't have a "package" either.

Other than that it does look like a good concept. But I think people are getting carried away with the alien suit thing, I hope it doesn't mean the suit gives him the powers in the film.
