Definatly a Solid 8. Skeptical coming into it and came out loving it.
Theres a few things that needed changing and a few nitpicks i have with Uncle Bens Death and the impact of it all. A few unintentional funny/ugly shot, and a few characters that needed more development. (flash, what the hell, bully, friend, who....what..) There was too much sympathy from him toward peter considering the the extreme bullying he did. After the basketball scene naturally it would have made flash hate Peter, But whatev. nitpick. The web swinging and CGI made this movie. Its so spectacular. The crane swing to oscorp whoops up on anything in the previous trilogy. That final hero shot before the credits is one of the best in any comic book superhero movie. (if not the best) straight off the damn page, and so beautifully crafted and lit. |

CBMs I enjoy the most at this moment: 1) The Avengers, 2) The Dark Knight, 3) Iron Man 3, 4) Iron Man, 5) The Amazing Spider-Man. CBMs in the near future I'm most looking forward to at this moment: 2) Thor 2, 3) Man of Steel, 4) The Amazing Spider-Man 2, 5) Guardians of the Galaxy (would be higher in the list if it wasn't for how much I hate the film Super from the same director). |

Hard to come to a rating conclusion, but it'll be from 7.5/8 - 10 for me.

I've now seen it three times. It's a solid 10/10. This is more my Spider-Man than the Raimi films...and I LOVE the Raimi films.

7/10. The script really prevented it from reaching its full potential, imo.
