For our challenge, I won't be around until Tuesday, but I can design a character bio and such for us, no problem. I love this type of stuff, but can't til then. But, given it lasts til Friday, I think we got time!

Yeah, it's plenty of time for you to work your creative magic.

Anyone with some writing skills should do something and then we can vote on which one we like on Thursday. I admittedly suck at these creative challenges lol.

It would probably help the challenge if we listed some things we knew about both Matt and Hunter. Because in all of the years I've encountered both, I know a shockingly little amount about either. Basic facts that I know about the two are:

It's hardly anything to go off of, and I'm almost positive that I just don't know nearly as much as other people do about them.

Isn't Matt a bartender or am I thinking of someone else? Well we get 5 questions to ask each one of them. What should we ask?

- Their favorite comic book franchise
- Favorite food - Their most hated villain

Matt's a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Whatever his background is or his character is based off should have something to do with steel. Black and yellow could be his colors of choice.
I think for Rob him being British and loving wrestling are great ways to go with his possible character.

Since the choice is between comics and Sci-fi, I was thinking about a possible Star Wars integration.
Matt's character would be apart of the prequel trilogy. Since Show mentioned the Steelers, perhaps Matt can be a stoic, no-nonsense (ie: "I kid you not") droid specifically made to take bets on intergalactic sporting events like pod-racing and the like. He could be an associate of Greedo, perhaps working with the Republic as an undercover spy to help weed out ties to the Sith. Whenever his team loses and he's forced to pay out, he could be described as "seeing red", as a nod to his moderator position. HR's character could be apart of the original trilogy. Hunter Rider could easily be a slave refugee from Alderaan (they strike me as the most prim and proper of the universe's planets, which is a fairly common stereotype of Brits) who takes up work as a Bounty Hunter whenever he escapes his life as an underground fighter forced to regularly do combat with some of the galaxy's worst (the wrestling tie-in). Usually prone to use speederbikes to get around (Hunter Rider), he becomes known as a silent assassin across the galaxy, vengefully hunting the parties responsible for his initial captivity and helping out the Rebels whenever he can. He eventually gains such a reputation that after Luke overthrows the Empire, Hunter is given a seat of power among the ranks of the new Jedi order as thanks. I'm spitballing, here.

I really like those ideas. Who wants to design these characters?

I like the idea for HR. Add in that his favorite move to finish his opponents is the DDT. That's one of his favorite finishers.

Yeah Hunter's back story sounds pretty awesome.
Both I think really work.

I may not get to do the bios til later today, but my idea effectively was to make Matt and Hunter superheroes in the MCU, and talk about their encounter with the Chitari invasion. Matt would be a jerk who takes out life's frustrations on others and loves fighting. Hunter would be a bit more diplomatic.

Sorry guys, but I am probably not going to finish the bios tonight. I have had a crappy day, and it's kind of made me slightly depressed for the time being. I truly apologize for this

Hmm, then maybe we should proceed with Batman's bios ideas?
