you're right...the KBs is too big. it needs to be dropped down. I have no clue on how to do that

Don't know how many KB is allowed for the avatars, but I pushed it to under 100KB by losing some of the frames and dropped down the image quality of it:


If you're gonna use it the you'll probably have to first save it to your computer, then rename it from qqs9cz_th.jpg to whatever_you_like.gif

100x100 avatars have a 109.3 KB limit. The 75x75 avatars should be much lower (I can't remember the number) and the same goes to 50x50 avatars.
