Speaking of which, I was very impressed with Bale's charisma in this film. It was natural charisma rather than "American Psycho" Bruce charisma if you know what I mean.

His Bruce was a lot looser in this one. I think a lot of it had to do with his attraction to Selina. From their first moment together, even as Creepy Shut-In Bruce, you see that she ignites a spark in him.
I love that he ends up with Selina. She's the right person for him. Rachel was a drip. A tightly-wound guy like Bruce needs a wildcat. |

Yeah, I love how Bale can make you see the difference between the playboy Bruce (in BB and TDK) and the real but playful Bruce (in TDKR). The masked ball scene comes to mind especially that part where he said "Bruce Wayne. Eccentric billionaire." in such a cheeky, amusing way.
