It was okay. I really wish New Guardians weren't so tied to the spectrum, though. It's like every arc is breaking down to Bedard figuring out some new way to shoehorn every single color into it.

Yeah I am growing tired of it. I curious how they will even come close to beating the third army, they don't even seem to know its out there. You'd think other lanterns would have reported it by now.

The Guardians are making it look way to easy to confuse and outsmart their corps. I've been left underwhelmed by the GL franchise since the reboot entirely. Sure, they didn't undergo any major changes but the tone is different and now I'm wondering if maybe they should have.

They were just as clueless about the Black Lanterns for like 3/4ths of Blackest Night. I'm sure someone'll show up to save everyone. Maybe Hal and Sinestro or the First Lantern.

Hell heah man. GLC should be about all the B and C-list Lanterns like Vath, Hannu, Soranik, etc.

Damn skippy it should. It should showcase those lanterns in serious situations with bouts of lightheartedness and well timed comedy. It was the only DC book pre-reboot I made sure to follow regularly.

So, the First Lantern's name is Volthoom. Which, if I recall correctly, is the name of the Monk that gave Power Ring of the Crime Syndicate his, uh, power ring.

But in this new continuity did the Crime Syndicate even exist? Cause in New Guardians it shows that Kyle no longer was the only lantern when he received his ring. He actually underwent training with Kilowog and met Sayd the first day. So did Kyle get his ring right before Sinestro Corps War?
