Spoiler!!! Click to Read!:

Atwell has a more defined jaw and cheekbones than Daddario, which is partly what makes her seem less soft and baby-faced. She can also portray toughness, confidence, and maturity. I haven't seen enough of Daddario to say if she can do the same.

Daddario plays confidence well, but not toughness nor maturity.

When I first saw Bridget Reagan, I thought she was ideal. Shes still a good choice.

10 years ago, Lena Headey would have been perfect. Now, I agree she's a bit too old.

Erica Durance

Actually I wouldnt be a bit suprised if they went for someone who was not only a bit ethnic, but also someone who doesnt have film baggage, a actress from tv.

I honestly see Durance on Marvel's radar for Ms. Marvel.

Here is a manip of Mary Elizabeth Winstead for Wonder Woman, she has the height, looks, good frame and acting ability required for the part, and she is 27 years old, neither too young not too old, by the time JL movie is released (in 2015) she will be 30.

All she needs is a good trainers to get amazonian physique.

People have been mentioning her forever.

IMHO she's a terrible choice. Mary Marvel, yes. WW, no.

Once Marvel nabs her for Sharon Carter, I'm sure we will then see people moan that they stole another WW potential; which MEW isn't a good one.

Then you can speculate if Sea of Monsters is going to make her a contender for the role, or not.

Makes you wonder why Fox is giving it a sequel (I'm not sure if it's still happening or not).

i dont think she can pull of the emotions i still think lynn collins was perfect even tho she is gonna be too old

just watch JC not only did she come across as a bad ass tough warrior she also was very noble, smart, and down to earth and did everything she could for her people and their survival

Odd that you point out how Percy Jackson "flopped", as you put it, yet it pulled in twice it's budget and did fairly well in terms of overall reviews. By contrast, John Carter is widely viewed as a horrific failure both critically and commercially, barely breaking even. Just saying.

Personally, I'd lean more towards casting Daddario over Collins, as I've never been a fan of Collins' acting ability. In addition, given that she's 35, she might be considered a little too old for a long term franchise, as opposed to Dadarrio's 26 years.

Well at this point, the acting isn't a major deal. She's starring in an ensemble film with Justice League. She doesn't have to anchor it herself.

And let's be honest, the chances of WW ever getting a solo film at Warners aren't great..

Wonder Woman could very well only appear in the JL films. She's good enough for what's necessary.

The 'Percy' sequel has wrapped filming. It comes out next August... so yeah, it's happening.

As much as I like Daddario, she doesn't feel right. Neither does Carano. If only Jaimie Alexander hadn't been cast as Sif in the Thor franchise...

I'm voting for Taylor Cole for Wonder Woman in a Justice League movie and hopeful solo films afterwards...

Mary Elizabeth Winstead for Wonder Woman.

Fact: She actually audition for the justice league movie years ago but it never got made.

She worked with Lynda Carter before.

Good to know, I'm a little sad it is, though.

Eliza Dushku would be great too.

She plays Faith on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

She has also openly declaring interest in playing the Amazon princess warrior.
