And before anyone asks, The Dark Knight and I are not the same person, conspiring to spam a 2013 Wonder Woman thread 8 1/2 years ago.

Exactly! I'm glad we can agree on something!

Yeah, I've read some terrible reviews for that movie too!

Good to know Daddario was at least ok.

So far this costume seems the most appropriate for a live-action Wonder Woman!!!

It's interesting visually. The size of her head and hands are scary to me though.

I still don't understand what people see in Jennifer Lawrence as Wonder Woman. Doesn't look like her nor act like her at all :/

Right so all one can do is speculate based on their previous work. That said, I think most of the young actresses suggested here could step up and do the part justice (pun intended).

Seeing as how they are all beautiful young ladies, the deciding factor then becomes their specific look.

Does it fall in line with how Wonder Woman has been depicted in the past 40 odd years?

And I'm not talking about hair colour or an inch or two of height. It goes without saying that those can be easily subverted on screen.

What about acting ability coming into play? I think look should always be compromised a bit if there's a sufficiently more talented actor/ actress who has the look 75-85%.

...well kind of. I think you're assuming a little much saying all of these actresses can do the role justice. It's one thing to do the role justice in an ensemble film, but they also have to cast for a solo film.

I'm sure they'll keep that in mind for whoever they cast.

Love that manip Majik. I'd be very happy with that as Wonder Woman's film costume and Davalos I like just wish she was a little prettier. Yes I know that's shallow but WW is supposed to be stunning I'd not complain if Alexa got the role though

To each their own man, but I find Davalos to be drop dead gorgeous! She even started out as a model!

Maybe she could have different versions for different purposes in the movie? I mean it is a girl's prerogative to change her clothes when she wants to.
