Default Differences between comic and movie?

I know there are a few differences such as Harada being the original Silver Samurai, but what else exactly did the movie do different from the comics?

Jensen Ackles for MCU Venom!

My take on a new Spider-Man trilogy
1st movie: Kingpin and Vulture with Eddie Brock in a minor role
2nd movie: Kraven's Last Hunt with a Sin-Eater subplot, Spidey having the symbiote from Infinity War
3rd movie: Venom

Yukio and Viper are mutants in the movie.

Like most of the movies in this universe, it is based loosely on a story from the comics, but it isn't a direct adaptation.

Yeah there are a lot of differences but then that usually the case, if I remember Yukio had a relationship with Logan in the comic thats not in the film at all for example, but the film maintained the "spirit" of the comic book about Wolverine being lost and confused inwardly as well as actually in Japan and finding a way back to his actual self and being content with what/who he "is".
