I saw this pick/idea on another site, and wonder what you guys and girls thought of it? Maiara Walsh as Avatar Korra, she's 24, but still look young enough in my opinion to pass for 17.

Sure. Isshin Kurosaki is originally from Soul Society and he used to be a shinigami. They can easily explains he doesn't age as quickly as regular humans due to his origin.

I only don't like the last 2, i think Kurosaki's dad should be asian and Aizen younger

Tough thing is that many Anime's deal with people who are high school age, and I'm just not that familiar with a lot of actors in their teens to early 20's these days.
