Speaking of which:

This looks really impressive. A fan-made Adventure game called "Finding Shepard", currently a WIP, Jack as the love interest/main character, set after Destroy ending:

Oh damn. Yes, I will definitely play that.

Also, it looks like something Wadjet Eye would make.

It does. Resonance was a blast, I really need to get around to Gemini Rue.

I'm done with ME3...no interest in playing anymore ME related stuff until they release a new game and new story.

Nope, not even Leviathan...I think ME3 kind of sucked away my excitement for the series.

In contrast with the memorial sequence in the other two endings wherein the focus is on mourning Shepard.

True, but it's kind of open to interpretation. The LI second guesses putting the name on the plaque and that's about it, and Shep takes a breath. For me, that was more just a nod to the fans as if to say "Well, they could live happily ever after, it's up to you! Wocka wocka!!"

It's still ambiguous, though, is what I meant. A bit more hopeful than the other endings, sure, but I'd hardly describe it as a "promised reunion," personally.

Also, "Finding Shepard" looks awesome.

Yeah same here. I have no interest in the game whatsoever anymore. I don't even care about the Leviathan DLC.

That was enough I thought, I would have personally expanded the breath scene a little but I don't think another LI sequence needed (especially since there were in total like 2-3 different goodbye's to that relationship by the time the game wraps up). Maybe I've just been desensitized by stuff like Battlestar or Dragon Age Origins and how certain relationships ended there that I can't really see "hope and promised reunion" as tragic.
I was mainly talking about how it seemed like Bioware really didn't want to add that ending, I should have made that more clear in my original post. I have a feeling they only added the Hopeful Destroy ending to shut us up, if it was up to them there wouldn't be ANY endings with Hope in them. :/

But I guess it's better than nothing & I have a feeling it'll be the canon ending going forward into the future of the franchise. EA will want a Mass Effect 4 eventually...with Shepard. There's only one ending where that can happen.

From what I gathered they didn't want to totally sink Indoc theory for those people who ascribed to it. Personally, I would have gone and sank the ****er...

Granted but you kind of have to want to interpret it negatively to see it that way. BW's come out and confirmed that Shepard survives in that ending so you've got some word of god to back that up.

I wouldn't say that. Almost all of the endings are pretty hopeful regarding the future of the galaxy and the cast. I am fine with sacrifice as long as the result was worth it, which was what I didn't like about the original ending and why I liked the extended one's. The only one's that are real **** fests are the Destroy/Vaporization and Control/Renegade endings.

I'm really excited for Leviathan, I haven't played ME3 since the EC came out so it's been a while.
Gonna get it as soon as it comes out but probably won't be able to play until tomorrow morning.

I'll probably get around to playing it tonight. I'm probably going to bring Javik along, wavering between Tali and EDI as the second party member.

How much is the new DLC? I'm assuming they stopped doing free DLC by now.

Wait...People are still complaining about ME3?

Why not just write off every future ME game? That'll really show 'em.

^^ hehe..funny isn't it. it's been like...what, five months now? You should go visit the BSN forums. There, if you're one of the people who actually LIKES ME 3, you're in the minority and can be considered a troll...

And that's on Bioware fansite...
