Default Lindsay Lohan: Train Wreck Edition

TMZ has learned that Lindsay Lohan will be charged with felony grand theft tomorrow. Sources connected with the case tell us ... the single count of felony grand theft will be filed at Airport Court in L.A. Wednesday morning.

Lindsay will be arraigned at 1:30 PM. She must be present for the hearing.

Lindsay will be charged with stealing a $2,500 necklace from an L.A. jewelry store.

If convicted, she could be sent to California State prison.

This girl can seriously never catch a break. :o

Meh, its not about her catching a break. Its about her not being an idiot and taking responsibility for herself. She's a wreck because she got there, and from the looks of thing sI think she's had the chance at plenty of breaks but never seems to take or appreciate them.

I have absolutely NO sympathy for this stupid f**k...

she brought all this s**t and heat on herself time after time after time...

in her case, the old line of "you can't teach an old dog new tricks" is appropriate...

and the way she's looking as time goes on, the "old dog" description isn't that far from coming true...

old before her time...

When in the hell are they going to actually give her some real jail time. I'm tired of this celebrity ******** were they get a slap on the wrist every single time, no matter how many times they've been busted.

She should surve some good time and not get early release.

it's prolly gonna end up the same way it did with that Kardashian halfwit twit... the jail is just overcrowded... she'll spend a couple of hours and then get released...

another argument for California needing to sink into the ocean...

She should serve some good time and not get early release.

I think it's profitable to let her go. She can mess up again and pay more fines. Hopefully she doesn't kill somebody. Then she might have to serve half a sentence.

I'm tired of the "crowded prison " excuse. It's b.s. they let Paris Hilton go after .. a day? Meanwhile some guy whose been there months gets to stick around.

Lindsay Lohan is now formally a suspect in the theft of $100,000 worth of watches and sunglasses ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

As TMZ first reported, Lindsay was at the Hollywood Hills home of Sam Magid a week ago when Sam called the LAPD and reported a jewelry theft. We're told Lindsay has been at the house frequently, including at an all-night house party a week ago Sunday.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Lindsay and her assistant Gavin Doyle are both suspects in the theft.

Now here's the twist ... We're told Sam has recanted his story and now says nothing was stolen. But our sources say cops are not closing out the investigation because they believe they have independent witnesses who can finger Lindsay and Gavin as the thieves.

Sources tell us ... LAPD detectives contacted the lawyer for Lindsay and Gavin today, asking for an interview with the two suspects but the lawyer rejected the request.

It's unclear why Sam -- who is insanely wealthy -- suddenly changed his tune.

One final thing ... This is really bad news for Lindsay, because she's on probation for the theft case involving the necklace at a Venice jewelry store. She could go to jail if she violates probation by stealing more jewelry.
girl must love being in jail

Lindsay and jail go together like peanut butter and jelly. This girl deserves no break, since she always screw up her second chances later on.

Oh, wow. It just doesn't stop for Lohan:

Quote:
Lindsay Lohan is a most wanted woman ... because TMZ has learned a SECOND police department wants a chitchat with the actress to determine if she committed a crime by lying to cops.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Santa Monica police detectives have been trying to get in touch with Lindsay to ask her questions about a car crash last June, when she slammed into a big rig on the Pacific Coast Highway. Sources say Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, called the station and complained that cops should not be calling Lindsay directly because she has an attorney.

We broke the story ... Lindsay lied to cops when she told them she was NOT the driver, but a passenger. Cops are convinced Lindsay was indeed behind the wheel and are now investigating.

Sources tell us the follow-up questions relate to Lindsay's alleged lying to cops -- which is a crime punishable by 1 year in jail. We're told the case will be referred to prosecutors. It will also be sent to the L.A. City Attorney for a possible probation violation in her necklace conviction.
http://www.tmz.com/2012/08/27/lindsa...ice-car-crash/

And now she's blaming Suge Knight's son for the recent jewelry theft Morg posted about:

Quote:
Lindsay Lohan claims she's been framed in the theft of $100,000 of watches and sunglasses, telling friends the real culprit is a man claiming to be Suge Knight's son. Problem is ... cops aren't buying what she's selling.

We broke the story ... Lindsay is now officially a suspect in the theft, which occurred at the lavish home of Sam Magid, a good friend of LiLo's.

Magid told cops Monday ... he was in touch with 2 of Lindsay's friends -- one of whom is Andrew Knight -- and they said the night of the theft Lindsay had handed them a bag with 2 or 3 pieces of the stolen items wrapped in her t-shirt. The 2 men returned the items to Magid. Other items were still missing.

Magid also said he was in touch with Lindsay, who told him she had hidden some of the other items around the house because she was afraid they would be stolen by burglars. We're told Magid told cops Lindsay confessed she was on Ambien at the time she hid the jewelry and was hazy about exactly what happened.

Now Lindsay claims Knight is the real culprit, something Knight strongly denies. And apparently cops buy his story, because Lindsay is the target of the investigation.

Magid told cops Lindsay contacted him recently and said, "I'm sorry. Please pray for me."

Lindsay Lohan stiffed the famous Chateau Marmont hotel to the tune of $46,350.04, and she is now persona non grata.

TMZ has obtained a letter from the General Manager of the hotel where John Belushi infamously OD'd and died ... The GM notes the hotel repeatedly requested payment for the 47 days Lindsay stayed there during the months of June and July ... but LiLo never anted up.

Lindsay -- who had been living at the hotel -- was ordered to get her stuff out by 12 PM August 1. She was then banned from the entire property.

Now get this ... We also got the itemized bill for June and July, and it's clear -- Lindsay spends like a drunken sailor.

-- Minibar charges for the 47 days: $3,145.07. The highest daily tab ... July 1st -- $502.43!!!

-- Cigarettes: $686. She blew through 49 packs in 47 days at $14 a pop

-- Chateau Candle: $100

-- Chateau restaurant: On July 4 Lindsay racked up a $1,992.07 bill. On top of that, she spent $685.96 that day on room service
