Funny enough, NCIS tends to one of the better examples of using computers.

They actually use the mouse!

Seriously, I have seen so many shows and movies where all they are doing is typing, and windows are popping up and closing and moving around, without so much as a mouse click, but the typing is fast and furious.

Also, this clip has the most accurate interpretation of what to do when your computer is being hacked.

UNPLUG THE ****ER!!!

However, he had several notable flaws while writing the show. While not an issue at first, Davies' personal bias against the military and authority figures began to bleed into the show. Not only did the Doctor grow increasingly intolerant toward the military (even his own allies in UNIT), but the military are simply portrayed as much more unreasonable than they've been depicted in this franchise in the past.

Davies also seemed to have a difficult time crafting his more "fantastic" plots. He had a habit of writing himself into a corner and sometimes had to come up with totally implausible solutions. There also are many times when characters know things that will help them advance the plot, but how they know these things is never explained. Examples include Pete Tyler knowing when to catch Rose in Doomsday, and knowing exactly one year ahead of time that the Master would have a countdown to an unknown thing ready.

Whenever Davies tried to create a flaw to make his characters well rounded, he only succeeded in making them unlikable. Rose's dilemma about her relationships to both the Doctor and Mickey make her seem like an uncaring an selfish girl either doesn't know or doesn't care how much she's hurting Mickey by stringing him along. The 10th Doctor's journey of personal growth make him look like a hypocrit and a monster. Rather than come off as a war-hardened soldier trying to adopt a life of pacifism, he comes off as a remorseless killer who condemns similar actions in others. He chides his clone for killing Daleks in one episode, and kills Cybermen in the next.

....until now.

The universe may go bang in five minutes but at least Smith and Tennant will be together.

I wouldn't of known that was her if you didn't say anything. She looks terrible. Someone should sit her down and force her to eat something.

ok i'm behind due to holidays but i just watched the last 3 episodes

holy sweet ****, sad to see the ponds go and was a great way send them, really cemented the angels as one of if not the one real big bad.

its just my opinion but an actual true arc has for me at least made amy the best modern companion, i mean compare her story to rose with development and ending its miles better

Accidentally came across this little gem:

It's clear in those three words what each Doctor is like personality wise. It's beautiful.

Massively disappointing. Considering we've only seen half of this series, I was hioping we'd be going back to visit Brian one more time.

Wow.

that was great. I can see why it wasn't filmed though. Having it in the episode wouldve made things feel a bit redundant as its essentially the same thing as Amy's afterword to the Doctor, even though it say more about what happened to them.

Remember all the criticism Billie got when she was a companion? People were calling her a chubby or "Pig" because she had a little extra weight on her.

She's lost so much weight her head looks gigantic now.

Chris Chibnall is really starting to put those big boy shoes on. That was fantastic. I'm almost glad it wasn't shot because then I'd be sobbing for days.

I think if they'd intercut Rory's letter with Amy's afterword then I would have cared more. I really was indifferent to Amy the whole 5 episodes but came to love Rory and Brain.
