Elite, along with DKR is the best Animated DC flick they've put out so far I think. All-Star Superman is my favorite comic story ever. But it should have had two movies like DKR.

Yeah, I've heard the comic was a lot better than the movie. Maybe that was why I didn't "get" it or whatever...one thing I didn't like about All-Star Superman the movie was that it started "in media res", I really had no idea who the guy was that was piloting the ship to the sun and so on, even by the end of it...definitely felt like it was lifted out of a larger continuity or something.

I've liked both DKR Pt. 1 (Year One is probably my favorite, followed by Under the Red Hood and DKR), and in fact I've liked most of these movies, including ones that were apparently "unsuccessful" like Wonder Woman and Green Lantern: First Flight.

I LOVE the DC Universe Original Animated Movies! However, none of them has hit the spot for me like the Young Justice TV show! The quality has been outstanding in the last few episodes of the first season, and pretty much every episode of the second/current season!

Kudos to everyone involved with the show!

I hope the DC DTV movies can raise the bar a little further.

It's so good we're finally getting a Superman whose not overly bulky on top. I think they have got him looking right before in CO2E, Superman/Shazam & Young Justice but this is the first time I think they've got his look right on his own feature.

As for Matt Bomer, I think he's a good choice but I don't know why Molly Quinn thought Superman fans would go nuts about it.

Matt Boomer almost played Superman In the Brett Ratner directed J.J. Abrams scripted
Superman film.Susosly Ratner's wanting Boomer as Superman was reason Ratner left and project fell apart.

Yes they do but you can't say the arts terrible, it may not be to your tastes but the guy can clearly draw.

Guess we have to disagree on this then.Because All i see the guy draw is crap.I actually dropped superman books beacuse of the art and Gary art hampered mu enjoyment of Batman earth one.
So I was quite glad when they decided not to go with his art or nostalgai effects
