I feel the same way. Although I felt better when even Samuel Adams was helping me take em down. Lol

I feel like there is so much of this game that I am missing. Side stories, hunting, even eagle points. I guess there's so much that it overwhelms me a bit.
On a side note, I dont understand the pivot points thing.

The story associated with them or just getting them? If it's the latter, look up IGNs video on it. It explains them very simply.

Am I the only one who couldn't find Ben Franklin? I went to the store and he wasn't there. I have so many almanac pages.

I don't think you need to find him if you have the almanac pages. Once you have all 4 from a book, you use them to build inventions at the Homestead.

Just finished the story, waiting for the post-credits sequence now (these credits are grossly long).
The Conner story was fine, no real complaints. I do have to say I am super disappointed where the Desmond story went through course of these games. I feel like there was a lot of promise in the first and second games that got buried under too much sci-fi/savoir mumbo jumbo. I also, for whatever reason, was not as compelled to do side stuff in III like I was in the past games. I don't know if it was how it was presented or the lack of feeling some kind of progression from them, but I left a lot of it untouched. All in all a fine AC game, but didn't top ACII and Brotherhood for me.

Just beat the game.
SPOILERS How many large scale battles were there? I seem to recall the devs making a big deal about fighting in/through full scale battles, but I only ever encountered one near the beginning of Connors story (not including the small battles where you tell the cannons to fire). Was there really only one, or did I some how miss others? I'm also kinda miffed that we didn't see more with Washington. I expected He and Connor to make amends. Connors allegiance with Washington, Adams and co just dropped off out of nowhere. Also, was there a scene where Achilles dies? There was a scene where he's sick, but then it was never mentioned again. Do we get his old outfit? I've played nearly everything there is to do in this game, and yet I feel like I've missed a bunch of stuff. Anyone else feel this way?

I actually had the opposite feeling in terms of side stuff. With the other games, I really only cared about the story itself. But with this one, I enjoyed Connor so much that I tried to do everything. That's not to say I didn't enjoy Ezio, but where as Ezio was the James Bond of Assassins Creed, Connor was the Martin Riggs (for lack of a better analogy) - just a really fun, aggressive fighter with a big chip on his shoulder.

Good to know. Waiting for the credits to finish now (feel like the world will end before they're done!). Thanks!
