I didn't see all of those. In fact, the only thing I saw or rather heard was a metallic groan while Iron-Man was underwater.

I don't mind the comparisons but Iron Man doesn't really need all the grittiness of Batman, if they were going for realism then they can just go ahead with Tony Stark's alcoholism and make it into a Lifetime movie.
