Wow, imagine what Tim Curry will do with The Emperor, seems like a second chance since was he was "too" scary for Joker.

I hope they'll get him to do other voices as well. I'd pay crazy amounts of money to see a Nigel Thornberry type character show up on The Clone Wars.

Wow! That ending actually made me tear up!

Even though as I was watching it I knew Asoka would refuse the Jedis' offer to rejoin the Order, it really hit me. The music, the reactions. Perfect!

Again, the Clone Wars crew has really delivered! More motivation for Anakin not to trust the Council!

And kudos for Cartoon Network to show the credits instead of showing some idiotic promo for something like Regular Show over it that would break the mood!

That's probably because TCW is heading to Disney XD next season.

Damn, that was so good. The ending was very powerful. Loved the music so much. It would be a interesting ending to the series if this is it. I would kind of like if it was left open like this...

I just watched it, great episode and the end of a stellar story arc!

/spoilers:

Man, those Jedi temple temple guards are some bad ass looking dudes. LOVED Anakin's showdown with Barris, that was damn cool duel! The younglings looking on with awe was a nice touch.

Ahsoka refusing to return was pretty much along the lines of what I was hoping for, when they took her beads I knew for sure that's how it would play it. Can't wait to see where she goes from this next season.

Fantastic finale to the arc and series, I loved the scenes with Anakin and Ventress in the lower levels of Coruscant and I dug those Jedi Temple Guards, very cool.

It was also interesting to see the Royal Guards flanking Palpatine, I didn't think they replaced the Senate Guards until after The Empire came into power.

The ending was sad but felt right as the Jedi's steadfast need to always err on the side of caution pretty much hung her out to dry.

The final scene with Ahsoka and Anakin was great and her simple "I know" when he said he understood about wanting to leave The Order, was a nice subtle acknowledgment that she knows about him and Padme.

Agreed, the music was great and it just gave that extra moment to let that final scene sink in.

I'm having trouble finding anything about those Assassin Creed looking Temple Guards on Wookiepedia. Does anyone know where I can read more about them? It seems unlikely this episode was their first appearance.

i'd definitely get one of those if they make a figure out of it. They seemed very templarish.

I wonder if Ahsoka Tano survives Order 66 and finds her way again with the future Rebel Alliance? or even maybe encounter Starkiller/Galen Marek? or to even open up a new can of worms, she lives to episode 7 as part of the New Jedi Order? (they could include her so that the kids who grew up watching the show wouldn't feel as alienated with unfamiliar characters such as Han, Leia and co.)

I think Ahsoka Tano's life would make a great spin-off from The Clone Wars, and I would personally like to see it set in the Rebellion/Empire era.

Interesting ideas!

If anybody knows any fanfiction stories regarding Ahsoka in the Rebellion era, let me know.

I thought of that at the end of this episode, but I believe with Episode VII, they want to distance themselves from the prequels.

I'm not singling you out, but I kind of hate the mentality of Disney "distancing themselves" from the prequels. Yeah, they get a lot of hate, but that doesn't mean they should outright try to forget them. I do admit though, Clone Wars aside, we have been stuck in the prequel era since III in 2005. The books have moved on but it seems even they've absored and changed to adapt a lot to the prequels.

that said, all my emotions to this episode. It was fantastic, and will be hard to top in the future.
