DS9 is so good. I liked how they wrapped things up in the last season.

I just finished a rewatch of the OT Star Wars movies. Figured it was time again and needed to refresh my memory.

I'll use that as an excuse too . I started with the PT and will now move onto the OT. I'm keeping it chronological

I didn't like the alien-featuring parts of Super 8, it felt like it was masturbating over some ET DVDs, but I loved the kids' story.

Disney/Indiana Jones news:

Quote:
Disney Gets Full Rights To Future ‘Indiana Jones’ Pics In Deal With Paramount

.......

Moving ahead with a new Star Wars movie coming out in December 2015 and with two more in the pipeline, the studio has not confirmed that a fifth Indiana Jones has the green light. However, with today’s news and star Harrison Ford’s previous expressed interest in returning to the role, it’s looking likely, one would have to say.

Now, all I need is Disney to make a new Willow movie.

I just found out that there are three books written by Chris Claremont based on treatments by Lucas that follow Willow on further adventures.

Also Star Wars Bohemian Rhapsody

I'd like to see two more movies with him. Then maybe WAY down the road reboot the franchise.

Ford's posture is getting bad so I can see him squeezing out one more.

I don't know if he has 2 in him. I think he has one more in him but anything after that might be pushing it.

Ford has one more in him imo. After that, i'd say go the animated route. Its likely inevitable that they'll reboot this eventually, but i just dont want to see that day

Thats the thing: I've almost accepted it because Indy's template is very similar to Bond's. It was bound to happen.

I thought Ford did an admirable job in Indy 4 despite my dislike for the movie. And as healthy as he is now, he's aged a lot since 2008. From his voice down to his posture. So with Indy 5, they need to do it ASAP. I'm talking about a 2016 release if possible.

I actually liked KOTCS. Not loved, I acknowledge the fact that it's not a great movie, but it's still fun.

Frank Marshall has tweeted saying it feels weird to be at Disney. Looks like it might actually be happening.

I didn't care for the alien plot in KOTCS. Still a decent movie.

The alien thing at the end was kind of stupid. Aside from that, I too thought it was a good movie. Ford still kicked ass.

Oh yeah, I also love the Nuking the Fridge scene.

The worst scene was the monkey scene. I was okay with nuking the fridge, but the monkey scene was just stupid, and it took me out of the movie. If the previous Indy movies were over-the-top pulpy, this scene was straight up Looney Tunes.

That was my favorite aspect of the movie lol. I love, love the visual of the ship taking off in the end. Just shows that what works for some might not work for others.

I'm going to watch the SW movies again soon. I'm going to watch them chronologically from Episode 1. What do y'all think? In what order do you guys watch the movies?
