...Yes I think we're aware considering it was posted in this thread 6 posts above yours that it was debunked.

the debunk is just as legit as the rumor, where is the proof?

SHH is usually correct with their information. I think they get it from the studios themselves.

a shame... I'm a fan of this "building a bigger universe" thing, I just love seeing nods to possible villains, or even just nods to villains that we will never see

Yes, which included Lizard, which certainly, was much better than what we got....a number of posters praised it, I also garnered praise from writers blogs, for a short story.

However, you apparently missed the point..the two, Peter & Curt went through the same sequence, yet Curt turn into a full Lizard, Peter only took on qualities, which makes it more believable. The Lizard I was suggesting, a few post back, could have still been very scary and effective for the story they offered. But, to have full blown Lizard, who speaks remind you, and no real animal instincts, and the ability to willingly transform himself back & forth, lend itself to being cartoonish. Even in my short story, the transformation happen once, and he slowly, transformed, while taking on animalistic qualities, and preserving its instincts to attack and defend.

There are better ways, more intelligent & realistic ways, to tell the story of a professor turning himself into a humanoid reptile. So I'm royally disappointed in the way that one aspect of the film was contrive. The overall story I thought was very good....again, except for the Lizard Master Plan.

SHH probably asked if Morbius will be a villain in ASM2, which is false. However, they did not ask if Asim was a part of the production. Asim says it's a small role, and has been in other things before (ASM included, as an Oscorp bodyguard). I think he's telling the truth.

Thats actually natural
Taking photos of someone without them knowing and putting them on your PC is actually creepy

That is in no way natural. Staring down at a chest and not directly at the eyes is very creepy as hell.

ah, memories... I just found an old "teaser trailer description" which we obviously now know to be fake

"1. Trailer opens with Peter Parker [Andrew Garfield] being beaten by bullies, one of which is played by Chris Zylka.
2. Shots of Dr.Connors [Rhys Ifans] being injected by a greenish fluid in a lab.
3. Shot of Parker being bitten by a spider,in his own house in what appears to be an attic lab.
4. Shots of Gwen Stacy's face, Uncle Ben's face and Aunt May's face.
5. Shot of an alley with Ben [Martin Sheen] and Parker, then one of a dying Ben who utters 'With Greatest power must come greatest responsibility, never forget that.'
6. Shot of Parker putting on the costume, camera angle from his back. He turns and is now atop The Empire State Building.
7. Goes black for a few seconds, we hear some monstrous sounds and cut to Connors' lab where his foot transforms into a scaly one. Goes black and we hear roars.
8. Then we see a giant web with the title The Amazing Spider-Man. Coming Next Summer in 3d and Imax."

I remember reading this back then and it made me kinda worried. And to you who say "well of course it was fake, obviously!", there are instances where these descriptions turn out to be very accurate, like Iron-Man 3 trailer

Now that pic proves that just with a little tinkering the lizard design could go from cartoony to perfect

small fiendish eyes, sharper bigger teeth but not too big, thinner lips

Yah, the huge teeth and long tongue were definitely lacking with Lizard. I get how the head needed to look more human, but that doesn't mean Connors couldn't have mutated a longer tongue and bigger, sharper teeth.

Although, I was fine with Lizard having no clothing so that was a pro for TAS-M. But seeing his labcoat being on him two out of the three times we see Connors wearing one before he turned into Lizard seemed a tad bit silly. It should've been either all and something has his coat ripping, or no times at all.

also, Lizard's animation wasn't all that great. While fighting the animation was a tad stiff, he should've jumped around and been a lot more rampant (like in that pic)

^ Yah, that too. He felt more fluid in the video game adaptation of the film.

well... he's also not a dinosaur. Very few reptiles are actually fast moving predators...

So he has to be slow just because there are a lot of slow reptiles?

it's the real world unfortunately.. and real world logic typically is given a lot of thought in these films these days.

if they wanted a fast moving vicious lizard.. .they could have easily done so... explain that the DNA is made up of komodo dragon, and a black iguana and have called it a day...

he's not a dinosaur

are you seriously saying that he has to be slow so it's more real?

also, a human-lizard hybrid could easily be fast and vicious if such thing existed in real life, you can't really argue about this referencing regular lizards

No one cares about real life reptiles
A lizard is a lot faster than a Spider and that is how it should have been

Sharper teeth, long tongue, faster and running all 4 legs, thats how it should have been
