Karl Urban got Star Trek. Why not David Wenham in Star Wars?

A couple of years ago, Kyle MacLachlan said he wanted to to bigger stuff again, and he was up for action too. Maybe in a mentor's role?
Even more cult actors getting cast? What do you think about that? I would be thrilled if Michael Biehn gets to play some bad-ass character, or Bruce Campbell as some wise-cracking smuggler.

And when thinking about actors for Star wars, Freddie Highmore popped up in my mind. Don't know why. But I think it will work very well. A young jedi will suit him.

Some years ago, somebody made this SW artwork. The guy in the middle is Jonathan Taylor Thomas. I know it's only fanwork but could JTT be up for this, really?

For a female to kinda fit the type from Natalie to Carrie I vote Emilia Clarke, she is a good actress, and shows vulnerability and strength in Game of Thrones, and of course she is absolutely beautiful.

Yeah, he just the kind of actor who has indicated that he can act but isn't super well known or established yet.

Star Wars can sell itself, it doesn't really need big names attached.
