Maybe the "critics" meant the worst of the great directors which is still good.

That's almost entirely more incorrect than the first statement.

I don't think he's the worst director of all time, and critics don't think so too, okay?

That moment when you notice the Dean of Harvard from How High with Redman and Method Man in Silence of The Lambs on a television reporting the missing senator's daughter. Haha

You know what, all this time I thought that was Connie Britton, who played Nikki on Spin City

Nightmare Before Christmas is not directed by Tim Burton. He's the producer

Agreed. I also thought Addams Family was a Burton movie for the longest time.

Tim Burton was a lot more hands on and the idea man behind NBC, that's why he still gets the majority of the credit.

Which is sad because Coraline wouldn't have been nearly as good as it wa if Tim burton directed it. I think Henry selleck is just a much better film maker.

Elisabeth Banks was in Sam Jackson's Shaft remake but had no lines.

Monkeybone sucked. James and the Giant Peach was okay, but at times it was a bit disrespectful to the source material. I mean, a mechanical shark? Really?

Probably just major sloppy editing in the scene but, Evangeline Lilly is in Freddy Vs. Jason twice within the same scene & behind 2 different people at the same time. For those that care the first time we see Evangeline is right behind Lori & Will when they are talking about Freddy & then moments later when Mark shows up Evangeline walks up right behind him.

Jack Nicholson has been on both sides of lethal handshakes in Tim Burton movies.

In Batman, the Joker (Jack Nicholson) kills a guy with a handshake.

In Mars Attacks!, the President (Jack Nicholson) gets killed by a handshake.

Joseph Mazzello is in 2 movies in theaters right now: Jurassic Park and G.I. Joe: Retaliation. Probably the first time that's happened to him.

A few things popped out from watching "Jurassic Park" in the theater:
-Hammond speaks with a Scottish accent, which is not Richard Attenborough's natural accent.
-The annoying kid from the beginning ("More like a six-foot-turkey!") is Whit Hertford, who grew up to be a prolific character actor. I saw him as an evil instructor from a rival school on the first season of 'Glee'.
-The raptors' "calling for help" thing that was featured so prominently in JP3 is in the original, in the kitchen scene. Raptor #1 pops in, sniffs around, and then does the bark, signaling its sister that the kids are in there.
-Barbasol is a type of shaving cream, which means Nedry ruined a perfectly good cherry pie when he wiped that wad of white foam all over it.
-Plot-wise, there seems to be no part of Nedry's plan that involves actually turning the locks back on. He intended to turn stuff off, steal the embryos, then make his way to the boat and get away clean (but the storm messed that up.)

Michael Kenneth Williams who plays Omar Little in The Wire has a very brief cameo in The Incredible Hulk.
