I'd like him or richard madden basically.
pine as gl, gosling as the flash, madden or hartnett for bats, with cavill as supes would be a sexy ass start to the series.

So.......... not Ray Romano.
Also, if you squint, that compilation looks like Matt Bomer.

see now, to me... I see a slightly aged Lee Pace
(not saying he should play him because of that, just saying, that's who it looks like to me) edit: ran it through a facial recognition (an side form some of the actors it was original Fused with) it came up with... Drew Fuller (again not saying he should play him because of that) Last edited by Spider-Fan83; 12-31-2012 at 10:54 AM. |

Here's a list I'm playing around with and thinking over.
BATMAN: Taylor Kitsch. I know he's had a bad year, but I think he has the charisma and darkness to pull it off. Jim Caviezel would be my ideal Batman, but he is too old to start a new franchise. ![]() GORDON: Michael Biehn. ![]() ALFRED: Bernard Hill ![]() MR. FREEZE: Alan Dale

The issue here is he looks too much like Cavill!
And Brosnan looks too badass for Alfred!

Hey that shouldn't bother us
![]() ![]() Madden looks similar to Cavill during GOT, but other times, not so much ![]() Give Brosnan a couple of years, he'll look as jolly as Santa Clause at this rate

Brosnan just doesn't really scream "Alfred" to me.

Kitsch might work for Batman. I'd give him a shot.

Well I never would have imagined Michael Caine as Alfred. But he pulled it off.
Brosnan has that British charm, he has a great delivery of sarcasm, toughness, sensuality. Shown in Bond. He has warmth and a natural way of playing a father like role that I've seen from other stints like in The Lawnmower Man, Mrs Doubtfire and Dante's Peak. To me, with those qualities I can see him as Alfred.

i'm loving the idea of Madden as Bruce/Batman
also, i can definitely picture Pierce Brosnan as Alfred. that picture of him with a goatee looks just like Alfred from Earth One novel. |

Brosnan playing Alfred would be pretty odd, the guy could play Bruce himself if you dyed his hair.. Isn't Alfred supposed to be older than Wayne's parents?

He's 60 next year.
And Alfred in the comics looks middle aged more or less. I think he should become Bruce's legal guardian THEN a butler in later years. Having him be slightly younger than previous Alfred's and being best friends with Thomas Wayne would be ok. That's how it was in the comics in some interpretations.

How about Liam McIntyre?
30 years old, solid actor with a bright future, and he's built like a tank. Just add some hair dye.
