If this story is about the sons of the Skywalker clan, they'd be getting a visit from an grandfather they didn't know. Any unrelated characters who didn't meet Vader...does it make narrative sensse that Anakin would apear to them? I DON'T THINK SO. If it's Luke recieving a ghastly visitation, like most Obi Wan's visitations, it should only be a voice.

That of James Earl Jones.

I have nothing against Chrinstensen, I just don't see the logical aplications his Ghost could have in the story.

Ha, agreed. Also, just look at the look on Hayden's face. What possible motivation did Lucas give him when they filmed this? Probably none at all...

When the mask comes off he's a hairless, eyebrowless, pallid, scarred man. Why would he then show up as a ghost looking like he never looked like in life? That makes less sense than the Hayden ghost.

Getting his hair back doesn't turn him into a random old man though. It's still the same person, just not looking like a evil, half robotic, crispy fried Sith, because he has redeemed himself.

I always found the Force Ghosts kind of cheesy and...forced...so no. I'd rather not see Hayden Christensen or any of them in the new trilogy.

They didn't. Lucas put him in front of a blue screen and told him nothing. That's why he's so awkward in RotJ.

Even if it would make sense one a whole spiritual level, wouldn't it confuse the **** out of Luke? He knows his father was an old man when he died, and suddenly there's a Force Ghost of someone he doesn't recognize at all.

Well, hopefully Disney will be releasing the original trilogy as it was originally released. So, there would be no need for HC. I would rather have no Anakin at all rather than younger Anakin.

It does, but it would've helped if Anakin wasn't looking at the male viewers in a "I'll kill you in your sleep" way and at female viewers in a "I'll rape you in your sleep, next to your male companion's dead body" way.
