Christian Ponder is now engaged to ESPN reporter Samantha Steele. I love weddings, drinks all around!

Did enjoy this analogy on Bleacher Report, if Cam Newton is Superman, then Adrian Peterson is Wolverine and Christian Ponder is Jubilee the most useless of X-Men.

The Sunday Night game have been flexed to SF/Sea, from San/NYJ. Thank god for that!

Well, at least now we know why he's been so distracted...

The Ravens fired Cam Cameron and replaced him with Jim Caldwell, at least for the time being.

I guess this makes sense. If you consider past records as head coaches, Cam Cameron led the Dolphins to a horrid 1-15 record (with their only victory being over Baltimore, heh heh). Caldwell on the other hand, led the Colts to an impressive 2-14 record. That's some improvement, eh? Looks like the Ravens are going to STEAMROLL over teams now.

All that said, I can't make too much fun of anyone today, since my Steelers are back to sucking.

Sunday is Chad Henne day at the stadium. 1st person who arrives at stadium gets Chad's old parking spot near the far portopotty. #AllMyIdea

LOL

& the sad thing is that Chad Henne will probably play his best game of the season. With the way this team is playing

I know I can look this up, but do the Giants and Redskins play one more time this year?

No. They've already played each other twice.

Redskins play @ Cleveland, @ Philadelphia and Dallas.
Giants play @ Atlanta, Baltimore and Philadelphia.

I'm gonna call it right now....the Jets are going to sneak into the playoffs. They are 6-7 and their remaining schedule consists of Tennessee, San Diego and Buffalo. I think the Jets will win out and get the 6 seed....effectively saving Rex Ryan's job. I don't think they'll do well, but I do think they'll sneak in.

I say the Jets will be lucky to go 2-1 in the next 3 games, especially if the Chargers play the Jets, the way they played the Steelers.

Getting into the playoffs would be the worst thing for the Jets. They'd think they are just missing pieces instead of MAJOR holes in their teams.

Jets will get the playoffs, bet on it.

(but I'm broke so don't really bet on it.)

Means that you don't need a running game, a top tier QB, receiver threats, to win a Super Bowl.

I see the playoffs ending up like this.

AFC

1. Patriots
2. Texans
3. Broncos
4. Ravens
5. Colts
6. Steelers

NFC

1. Falcons
2. Packers
3. 49ers
4. Redskins
5. Seahawks
6. Bears

I think the Colts are a lot worse than their record indicates. They ought not be a ten win team. I think they will be (only need to beat KC), but I don't think that they are. I think that they go one and done in the playoffs.

I think both the Steelers and Bengals are going to lose two. I think the Steelers will lose to Dallas and Cleveland (again) and the Bengals will lose to the Steelers and the Ravens. This will allow the Jets to sneak in as the six seed.

I agree about the Colts. They've played well, but not well enough to go through the playoffs. I think your top 4 teams in the AFC are your divison winners. We're gonna get a good look at the Texans tonight. If they can hang with New England on the road, then I believe they can get to the big game. If it's a blowout, then I wouldn't be surprised if your AFC Championship games ends up being Brady vs Manning again.

I can't see the Jets winning out. I know San Diego has looked awful, but Norv Turner is laying it all on the line.(went for a fake punt yesterday). They should beat Tennesee. Buffalo is a toss up.
