If it's a blowout, then I wouldn't be surprised if your AFC Championship games ends up being Brady vs Manning again.

I can't see the Jets winning out. I know San Diego has looked awful, but Norv Turner is laying it all on the line.(went for a fake punt yesterday). They should beat Tennesee. Buffalo is a toss up.
Honestly, I feel like the Chargers left it all on the field yesterday. I think they played for their coach following reports that he is done, but that emotion, that drive, was left on the field. Now I see them just fizzling out. I think the Panthers who are hot right now will beat them next week and take any remaining morale away.

Even if the Jets do win out, they still need Pittsburgh and Cincinatti to falter. I can see the Bengals stumbling, but Pittsburgh should find away to get in. A lot needs to happen for the Jets to sneak in.

I just don't trust this current Steelers team to win 2 of 3. The Steelers are undisciplined and the coaching is atrocious.

We'll just have to wait and see.

What are your thoughts on the NFC?

I think the Packers will win the North, the Redskins will win the East and the wildcard will be the Seahawks and either the Bears or the Giants (both of whom I think will drop two of their last three, so that one depends on tie breakers).

3. 49ers

Green Bay has a much better chance at making the playoffs than the Bears.

Green Bay already has a better record (9-4) and I don't see them losing to the Bears (8-5). GB will end up with at least 11-5 after winning 2 of their next 3. Bears will end up with 10-6 if they only lose to GB and win their other 2.

as far as the AFC, if the Steelers don't wake up the Bengals are going to grab their playoff slot. The Jets might watch the Steelers or the Bengals go down in flames but not both.

The Packers are NYS' 2 seed.

There are only 2 elite quarterbacks in the league: P. Manning and Tom Brady. Only Rogers should be given an honorable mention. Eli is wildly inconsistent and Brees is a horrible decision maker. Manning and Brady are truly in a league of their own.

This game is failing to live up to the hype.

Oh well. At least we got Man of Steel news just an hour ago. I'm good.

We had to decrypt Kryptonian Symbols to acquire the countdown and site.

I loved the teaser. It did its job just like TDK's.

From what we're hearing, the trailer delivers big time.

I think we got a good look at the real Houston Texans tonight. They've had an easy schedule throughout the season. I think you're gonna see the Patriots vs Broncos in the AFC Title game.

Playoffs aren't about the best team though. They are about the hottest team. Hell, both Giants Super Bowl wins, the Giants were not the best team in the NFL or even in the NFC. But they were the hottest at the right time. Even if the Texans lose tonight and are not as good as their record indicates, if they heat up at the right time, they could win it all.

What the heck is an "elite" quarterback, anyway?

True, but their defense doesn't look all that great. Losing Cushing early really set them back. I just can't see it happening after watching some of this game.
